Policies Fairy Dogmother Pet Concierge, LLC
In order to provide the best service possible we have established the following policies.
PAYMENT
Vacation Visits and Overnight Boarding in your home and Homestyle Boarding in Fairy Dogmothers home are to be paid upon the first day service. Daily walks and Doggie Daycare, which are recurring visits, will be billed to you at the end of each month payable upon receipt of your invoice. Any client that has recurring doggie daycare visits may receive a Homestyle Boarding Discount (based on continued doggie daycare service) of $5.00 per night.
All checks should be payable to Fairy Dogmother. If payment is not received at the time of service, a $25.00 late fee may be added to your account. Fairy Dogmother accepts checks, cash, Pay Pal and Visa/MasterCard (debit or credit). Future services will automatically be charged on the card set up in your profile on the day service begins. There will be a $35.00 returned check fee or the fee charged to the Fairy Dogmother by the bank, whichever is greater, for all returned checks. We will reprocess your check one time without any additional charges. If a Client requests to extend service, the client guarantees payment for all services provided upon their return. Although not required, any tips should be left in cash for the pet sitter or a check made payable to that sitter.
SURCHARGE
A last minute surcharge of $10.00 will apply for all same day service requests. A $4.00 charge will apply to all visits on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Eve. Fairy Dogmother reserves the right to charge for expenses incurred during service for excessive cleanup due to excessive incontinence, accidents or vomiting, complications administering medicines, search for missing pets or pet that escaped leash. Client will be held responsible and will reimburse Fairy Dogmother upon their return. A fee of no more than $32.00 per hour will be incurred.
CANCELLATIONS
A 24-hour notice is required for early return and cancellation of service (for non holiday reservations) or the Client will be charged for one visit. No Refunds will be given. All holiday reservations require a 7-day notice for changes and cancellations or Client will be charged for the services reserved. No credits for early returns will be given for holiday visits.
EMERGENCY CARE
In the event of a pet illness or other medical emergency and the specified vet is unavailable, the pet will be taken to the closet vet or emergency center if after hours. There will be several attempts to contact the Client but if unreachable, the pet sitter has your permission to authorize any care the veterinarian deems necessary for your pet’s health, safety and survival. Client agrees to reimburse Fairy Dogmother for any all and additional fees and costs relating to vet care during their absence. A medical transport fee may be imposed. For the safety of your pet and others, vaccinations must be current, each pet under our supervision must have a current license and if your dog is visiting as a boarder or doggie day care pet they must be spayed/neutered and regularly use a flea and tick preventative.
